FREE Financial Spreadsheets - when you buy MyBookkeepingManager you also get two free bookkeeping spreadsheets (for use in an application such as Microsoft Excel) specifically aimed at very small businesses (sole trader or limited company status). Both spreadsheets have been designed by an accountant and are intended to help you keep track of your monthly or quarterly finances. As with MyBookkeepingManager, the spreadsheets provide useful information to help your accountant complete your end of year accounts.

Need a Webserver?
As MyBookkeepingManager is written in PHP and uses a MySQL database management system, if you download the software you will need to install it on a web server that supports these technologies. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will probably support PHP and MySQL, and so you can install the application on their web server if you want to.
Alternatively, you might want to install MyBookkeepingManager on a web server running on your own computer. If this is the case, and you are running Microsoft Windows, you can download a web server environment (Apache, MySQL, and PHP) from http://www.wampserver.com/en/index.php or from http://www.easyphp.org/.
If you are running Linux, web server components are available as part of the Linux distribution. Refer to your Linux documentation for instructions on how to install and configure a web server on a Linux machine. If you need help, try going to http://www.reallylinux.com/
